Someone is demanding I pay them with bitcoin from a Bitcoin ATM, what do I do?

How long does it take to receive my cryptocurrency from the ATM?

Transactions times vary between blockchains. At Bitcoin Mart, Litecoin offers the fastest transaction times, followed by Ethereum and then Bitcoin.
Transactions settlement times range from 1 minute to 2 hours depending on the congestion of the blockchain network.

I put my money into the ATM and the transaction failed, what do I do now!?

Do not fear, your money has not been lost. We have received your transaction request and your cryptocurrency will still be sent to you. Please contact us for further assistance.

I sent my cryptocurrency to the wrong address, can I get refunded?

All cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and only the receiver of the coins or tokens can send them back to you. Once Bitcoin Mart sends out coins or tokens we unfortunately cannot retrieve them and offer you a refund.

Our ATMs have built in detections to ensure the correct wallet address type is used. It should still be noted that you should always confirm you are using the correct wallet address before scanning it into the ATM.

The ATM says I have reached my limit what do I do?

At Bitcoin Mart, in order for us to extend you the ability to purchase cryptocurrency anonymously we must apply limits to our transactions. If you have received this message, it means you have exceeded the $9980 daily transaction limit of the machine.
